The Murfreesboro Youth Orchestra
Chamber Ensemble recently performed their newly commissioned Holiday
Music, arranged by Terry Jolley of Murfreesboro. This Ensemble,
consisting of approximately 25 student musicians, performed the
new music for over 1,000 audience members throughout Murfreesboro
and Rutherford County including the following:
- Discovery Center at Murfree Springs, an interactive
museum and environmental center created for the children of Tennessee.
- St. Clair Adult Day Care Program, which provides
mental stimulation, craft activities, and socialization for adults
60+ years of age.
- Community Care of Rutherford County, a senior
citizen nursing home.
- Youth Leadership Rutherford's Arts Awareness Day,
at the Oaklands Mansion in Murfreesboro.
- State Farm Insurance, performing for employees
during their annual holiday luncheon.
